Fabulous 1-Bedroom Relaxation Suite

Come enjoy the rest and relaxation of my one bedroom In-Law suite located on the bottom floor of my home on a quiet, culdesac in the heart of Princeville. The suite, which backs up to a small forest, provides access to all the amazing activities that the North Shore of Kauai has to offer, from swimming and surfing in Hanalei Bay to hiking the Na Pali coast. The space My suite takes up the entire lower level of my home. It includes a single bedroom, single bath, a full size kitchen, and living room. Except for the bathroom, each room has its own ceiling fan. Due to the unit being on the bottom level of the house and having (3) ceiling fans, excessive inside heat is not a problem. Guests will also have private use of a clothes washer and dryer in an outdoor, storage closet. I live upstairs in a completely separate suite in the house. I am dedicated to providing everything needed for a great stay. That said, I really try to understand what the guest wants. I know people love to meet and be social with people in the airbnb community, and others just want space to do there own thing. I am accommodating to both. Guest access Guests will have full, private access to the entire In-Law suite in the bottom level of my home. To access the unit, guests will park in the driveway and walk down a stepped path down the right side of the house. Other things to note Due to the coronavirus, we are taking extra care and following Airbnb's enhanced cleaning guidelines which are recommendations from the CDC. We want our guests to feel safe and will make sure each guideline is met between guest stays. Additional acknowledgment: My suite is located on a tropical island. Expect to encounter heat, high humidity, frequent rainfall, and bugs. We do our best to provide you with a bug free environment, but can never make an absolute guarantee to the complete absence of bugs due to the tropical nature of our home.
