Aloha! Welcome to our villa in paradise located within the Westin Nanea Resort on Maui's North Kā'anapali Beach. With beautiful year-round weather and gorgeous tropical landscapes, Maui is the ultimate vacation destination. After a refreshing night's sleep, awake to a refreshing view on your balcony, explore the pools and lush garden landscape, or stroll to our market and neighboring shops. From the comfort of our villa to the immense nature surrounding it, it's all here! The space SPECIAL NOTE: This is a villa at the Westin Nanea Ocean Villas which is a timeshare resort (not the Westin Maui Resort). We are owners who are making our villa available for your use. Upon arrival at check-in, the front desk may ask if you're interested in making an owner sales appointment--YOU ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO ATTEND ANY SALES ACTIVITIES:) Please pay attention to the check-in details in the "Check-In" section. Also note that since the villas at this resort are in high demand and we've had to book these days almost a year in advance, we have a strict cancellation policy (see details in the "Cancellations" section). This two-bedroom villa is approximately 1260 square feet and sleeps 6 adults comfortably (Two king-sized beds and one sofa bed). Our listing is for Resort View which may include views of the pools, garden, or mountain. Due to the "floating ownership" at this timeshare resort, no particular view can be guaranteed. In addition, it generally features these amenities: -Master suite with king-sized Westin Heavenly Bed, HD flat-panel TV, in suite bath with large shower, vessel tub, and double vanity. -Second bedroom with king-sized Westin Heavenly Bed, HD flat-panel TV, in suite bath with separate shower / bathtub, and vanity. -Access to the the second BA from the dining area of the unit. -Living area with sofa bed, entertainment console including HD Flat-panel TV, DVD player and Bose Wave AM/FM radio -There is a "3rd" bed which is a rollaway bed. The rollaway bed MUST BE REQUESTED from the front desk as it is not in the unit. You will not know your request is fulfilled until you arrive and it is best to REQUEST the rollaway bed as far in advance as possible. -Wardrobe armoire in living area -Dining area -Fully equipped kitchen includes range with oven, microwave oven, full-size refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and dinnerware -Washer and dryer -Private lanai with outdoor furniture -Telephone line with voice mail and data ports -Cordless telephone -Wireless high-speed internet -Blackout-lined drapery -In-room safe -Cribs and highchairs are provided upon request. Furnishings may vary) -This reservation DOES NOT include complimentary housekeeping/amenities, although SOME SERVICES ARE COMPLIMENTARY as follows: *7 night stays include a mid week complimentary "Tidy Clean" which includes trash removal, new towels/linens (beds are made) and replacement of toiletries. *Vacuuming is not performed although there is a vacuum in the unit :) *You may request additional Tidy Clean for approx. $20 per Tidy Clean, or FULL CLEANING for a higher amount. Covid protocols may limit or prohibit access to sister resorts so check with the front desk upon arrival. Other things to note ONCE WE HAVE BOOKED YOUR STAY, the villa reservation at the resort will be booked in YOUR NAME. Feel free to call the resort with questions, to make special arrangements, or to book extra curricular activities with concierge prior to your arrival. The villa reservation will be in YOUR NAME, so you will check-in the same way as at any hotel/resort. The resort will require your government ID/passport to have the same name as what we provide to them. For this purpose, be certain that your booking information with us is the same as your ID (as Airbnb policy necessitates). If our booked guest turns out to be under the age of 21, the resort will not allow you to check-in, and you will not receive a refund! At arrival, check-in in the lobby at the front desk with YOUR NAME. Be prepared to give them a credit card number for these reasons: To pay for any resort purchases you bill to the villa, to charge state tax (approx $25/day) at check-out, and to charge any accommodations for your villa that you arrange at cost. (***To reiterate, your credit card at the front desk will be used for any expenses you accrue during your stay that you bill to your room, for other accommodations for your villa that you arrange at cost, as well as the total state tax for your stay.) Those charges are completely separate from your booking with us. Lastly when you check-in at the lobby front desk, they will give you the villa key, a resort map, other resort information, and answer any questions you may have.
