This is a Non-Smoking property. This property is Managed by Century 21 Gilmartin and Company. Linens and towels are NOT included in this rental. Please note, a signed office generated rental agreement is mandatory prior to checking in. Guests are expected to leave the unit as they found it. All personal items including food and Trash must be removed at check out. Keys & a welcome bag are picked up the Century 21 Gilmartin and company office located at 1382 Lafayette St. on the day of arrival. The space THIS IS A NONSMOKING RENTAL. Guest and Guest’s invitees agree not to smoke inside the property or on any decks or porches. If this rental property has any Common Areas shared with other units, Guest and Guest’s invitees agree not to smoke in the Common Areas. This rental includes: Dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, and glassware; LINENS, TOWELS AND TOILETRIES ARE NOT PROVIDED. In the event of cancellation by the Guest, payments will be refunded only when the Property is re-rented at no loss to owner. 15% of such refund shall be deducted by Century 21 Gilmartin and Company as a cancellation fee. In the event the property is not re-booked, the tenant is responsible for the entirety of the lease. A signed rental agreement must be completed prior to check in.
