Hawaii Business License TAT-022-200-9856-01 Construction Updates from the Marriott Vacation Club HUB: The resort’s Molokai, Maui, and Lanai towers will be undergoing an electrical distribution system upgrade, which is currently anticipated to take place approximately from Mar. 1, 2024 – May 31, 2024. Replacement of the electrical distribution system will require the towers to be on generator power 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for the project's duration. No power disruption to the resort is currently anticipated. It is anticipated that there will be construction and generator noise during this project. All resort amenities are currently expected to remain open and fully operational. The resort’s Molokai, Maui, and Lanai towers will be undergoing a significant villa refurbishment and plumbing infrastructure renovation project, which is currently anticipated to take place approximately June 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025. This work will occur daily between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. HST, and there will be construction noise, including noise from demolition, operating machinery, and carpentry.
