The space I would like to tell you some information about this listing room! I hope it will help you choose a place to stay in Honolulu. 《As basic information on this room》 -Full-Furnished with: 1 king size bed, table& chairs, floor light, AC. -Basic kitchenware： Dishes, Glasses, Silver, Pan, Pot, Electric stove, Refrigerator, Microwave etc. There is a kitchen space and basic kitchenware. You can enjoy a little cooking during your stay, not like hotel. In Waikiki, all ingredients are expensive. I hope this kitchen space will help you. -Bath amenities: Bath towel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap, Toilet paper, Hair dryer. *No tooth blush, hair brush, shaver etc. *We don't change your towel, bed sheets during your stay(and cleaning floor). Please use coin laundry in this condominium's common area when you need to wash it. If you stay longer than 15nights, 3 towels are provided to each guest. + 2 Paper towels for your stay 7nights, 2 towels are provided to each guest. + 1 Paper towel for your stay If you stay 6 nights or shorter, 1 towel is provided to each guest -Private room: This studio is perfectly for you. You don't need to share bath room kitchen space with other guests in your room. 《About this condominium》 -This room is on 11FL. -Pool *Pool might be closed due to maintenance -Washing machines & Dryer(can pay by card) -Elevator Other things to note ＊＊ This room is NOT HOTEL, HOTEL COND ROOM＊＊ This condominium is a building which residence also stay(*Airbnb is permitted). So there is NO hotel service like daily clean, 24hours front desk, leaving your luggages, security guard etc. If guests expect a fancy, gorgeous building to stay like hotel, this condominium is difficult to meet your expectations. *I put the colorful sheets for pictures. But depending on cleaning cycle, I'm not sure which color sheets I put when you stay. ＊＊We have to ask 2 guests info after making your reservation＊＊ -All guest's full names -All guest's phone number It is because this building management request those info to register for safety purpose. Without the register these info, guests can't stay. While short-term rentals are permitted, hotel-style services are **not** available, including: * 24-hour front desk * Daily housekeeping * Luggage storage * Security staff * Concierge services If you are looking for a full-service hotel experience, this property may not be the best fit. ### Early Check-in & Late Check-out **Early Check-in** * From 12:30 PM: **$30 + 18.712% tax** **Late Check-out** * Until 12:30 PM: **$30 + 18.712% tax** * Until 2:30 PM: **$60 + 18.712% tax** * After 2:30 PM: Charged as **one additional night's stay** Availability depends on the previous and next reservations. If early check-in or late check-out is important, please contact us **before booking**. ### Water Shut-Off The building may occasionally conduct emergency water shut-offs. During these periods, water service will not be available. ### Pets Pets and other animals **must be approved in advance**. * Approved pets require a **$100 + 18.712% tax** pet fee. * Any unregistered or unauthorized animal will incur a **$150 + 18.712% tax** fee. Guests must notify us before arrival if they plan to bring any animal. ### Building Renovation Occasionally, neighboring units may undergo renovation. Some construction noise may be heard during daytime hours. ### House Rules & Additional Fees * Slippers are for **indoor use only.** Missing slippers: **$25 + 18.712% tax per pair.** * If you move any furniture, please return it to its original location before check-out. Otherwise, a **$150 + 18.712% tax** furniture reset fee will apply. * Please wash all dishes before check-out. Unwashed dishes: **$30 + 18.712% tax.** * Please dispose of all trash before check-out.
