Located 10 minutes to the Hilo Hospital and 15 minutes to downtown bayfront Hilo, restaurants and attractions. This studio includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. We use Airbnb cleaning guidelines. Kitchenette has a small refrigerator , microwave, hot plate, toaster, hot water kettle, cookware, dishes, coffee maker and press. Walk in shower, ceiling fan, TV and high speed wifi. Queen bed. Washer and Dryer for guests staying 7 days or more. The studio opens up to the backyard with an outside seating area. A 20 minute drive to ocean swimming. A 35 minute drive to Mauna Kea Mt and an hour drive to Volcano. 15 minute drive to downtown Hilo and shopping. Guests have access to laundry in the garage, backyard and our outdoor lanai. These are shared spaces with the host. Parking for 1 car on site. Our neighborhood is nestled 5 miles above Hilo town and a wonderful location for easy access to upper saddle road. Our street is a dead end with one acre home properties. Very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by fruit trees and hawaiian native plants. Listen to the birds singing in the morning and go to sleep with the sound of coqui frogs.. they eventually go to sleep too! We have parking in the driveway and always street parking if you have guests visiting. Private street dead end and a great place for a nice walk. On a clear day you can see beautiful views of Maunakea Mountain at the end of the street!
