We've got you cover with everything – from dishes, glasses, mugs, utensils, cookware, pots and pans, bakeware, mixing bowls, knives, cutting board, and more – providing a complete kitchenware set for your convenience. Enjoy our Wifi, a California king bed & solid wood queens bed, Andy a strong central AC throughout the whole apartment for added comfort. We've even included BBQ tools for your oceanfront backyard BBQ experience. To make your stay hassle-free, we provide a hair dryer, iron & ironing board, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent. Additionally, coolers, beach towels and chairs are available for your beachside relaxation. Our aim is for you to maximize your beach time without worrying about the essentials – a complete vacation package! Please note that we don't provide consumables like spices and oil due to insurance constraints, so kindly bring your own. For beach essentials, we adhere to sanitization rules and do not provide beach blankets, umbrellas, or snorkel gears. And for towels set, we provide 1 set (bath, face, hair) per guest and we can allow for new towels during the stay but at extra cleaning cost. If so please let us know beforehand. Other things to note Important disclaimers: The condo has limited electrical capacity, so please avoid running multiple appliances simultaneously. The hot water heater requires a 45-minute interval between showers to ensure optimal performance. Basic consumable cookware (oil, pepper, salt, coffee, sugar, etc.) is not provided due to health reasons. Any leftovers from previous guests are available for your use at your discretion, and we do not take responsibility for them. Our firm couch, while different from typical soft couches, promotes good posture and comfortably accommodates a 6ft person lying down or approximately three adults sitting.
