Perfect for remote workers & those looking to live the Hawaii life! **6 MONTH STAY MINIMUM** The condo is in the gated community of Makaha Oceanview Estates. This is true Hawaii living! Everything from ocean views, stunning sunsets, wildlife, white sand beaches and more. Nestled in the heart of Makaha Valley, known for its vast mountains, ocean views, sunsets, and serenity, the condo sits on the top floor of a three story walk up building. There are tall vaulted ceilings with large windows and lots of natural light in the main living area. There is no carpet in the space, and is equipped with plank flooring and tile. The unit has everything you need to call Hawaii home. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a garbage disposal, stainless steel appliances, and dishwasher. The condo has an in unit washer dryer, and a large 25,000 btu A/C in the living room and kitchen area to keep you cool during the day. The neighbors are friendly, and the community is mellow and full of aloha! There are two bedrooms, one equipped with a desk for remote office work, and the other with a queen bed. Both have full sized closets and bedroom fans. Hawaii is known for trade winds, so evenings stay breezy with trade wind-friendly windows. The bathroom has a full sized walk in shower with an overhead shower head and a hand held shower head as well. There is one assigned parking stall, and a garbage dumpster nearby for trash disposal. Guests will all have access to a key fob which allows them access into the gated community. You will have an assigned parking space near the condo, and there's guest parking in the community as well. There is a local bus that can take you into Honolulu, however the best way to get around to and from the beach is with a bike, walking, scooter, or car. Please note that we are in a rural part of Hawaii- the west side of Oahu is a special and beautiful place that is still untouched compared to many of the other parts of the island. The closest grocery store is about 10 mins away, and there's a Long's Drugs Pharmacy about 6 mins down the road. Kapolei city center is about 30 mins from the unit. There are some of Oahu's most beautiful beaches just 2-10 mins away along the entire Waianae coastline. We do ask all long term guests (more than 30 days) to set up electric utilities in their name with Hawaiian Electric. All other utilities (internet, water, sewer and garbage will be covered by us).
