Modern Bungalow in Hilo

This fresh and thoughtfully styled studio unit at Waiākea Villas is located just a step away from tranquil Wailoa Pond and also a short walk or drive from grocery stores, restaurants, and lovely Hilo bay. It has been completely remodeled and includes a full-size kitchen, a queen bed with teak headboard and night tables, an LED Roku television, and a clean, bright, bathroom with a wood countertop and vessel sink. Studio is newly renovated! Guest access Parking is free. There is usually lots of parking. Guests could get around walking or by bike as it is a very central location. The nearest beach is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive! Other things to note We are in the tropics so please come prepared for that. This is for anywhere you may stay in Hawai`i at least! Also our neighbor Caleb has been having some mental health difficulties and he sometimes yells. He is not violent and has been there for over a year. If he does yell you can call the front office Or security anytime. There are protocols in place for this particular person
