NO: Pets-Smoking-Vaping-Parties Market Place closed in Winter Months. The space Our condo is the Best of both worlds. You will be the total envy of this unit with the view since it sits on Deans Pond and across the street is the Nantucket Sound, it is the total relax, kick your shoes off, cozy atmosphere to read, relax and rejuvenate. The Chef's Kitchen is stocked with spices, oil and vinegars, along with a Keurig Coffee Maker and coffee and creamer. We have our Special Mermaid Loft with a twin size mattress, with special mermaid bedding. There have been young mermaids who have had sweet dreams in our loft! Just a reminder using the loft and ladder will be at the guest's own risk. The weight restriction is 175 lbs or 35 conch shells! (we have added a pac and play for baby, for your convenience.) If you feel the need to cook a full dinner or bake something special our kitchen has everything you need down to parchment paper, also a Brita Water Filter Pitcher for you to have fresh filtered water if you are a water drinker and want to save on water bottles.****JUST ADDED**** Life Vac for safety of all guest as well as always having our First Aid Kit fully stocked for Emergency purposes!! Oh! Beach Umbrella, Chairs, Noodles, Pails and Shovels. Some beach games too! And yes we have a Bluetooth Speaker for you to enjoy as well! *************** Guest access The entire Condo is yours to enjoy! We have a bricked front patio, deck in the back over Deans Pond. Both have seating this time of year for those Summer days and evenings. There is a Gas Grill and Summer Furniture for your enjoyment. Also we have beach equipment for you to enjoy! Other things to note What makes our destination very special is that you have a choice of parking the car for your entire stay... enjoying the Poppenesset Market Place, (Best Lobster Roll at the Raw Bar during Season). The Poppenesset Inn (a wonderful Wedding Venue and Dining experience right on the Nantucket Sound) both places are within all waking distance. The Beach is the Poppensset Spit.. a short 10 minute walk or a bike ride from our front door.Or if you choose to hop in the car and explore, the Mashpee Commons is a 10 minute drive with a movie theater, bowling, shopping, restaurants and Starbucks! The Ferries to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket is just a 20 minute ride to Woods Hole to catch the Ferries....we have a schedule located in our info corner in the Living room. *Guests must not bring additional individuals not mentioned during booking request. The maximum capacity is 4 adults, or 2 adults and 3 children.
