The space This is a skyrise condo building, with elevator, pool, common bbq area, onsite security and parking. The unit is recently remodeled, tile floors, fresh paint, and all brand new furniture. Electric kitchen with washer and dryer in the unit. Guest access You can walk everywhere in Waikiki from our unit: shopping, dining, many beaches, shops. It's off the main tourist area by a block, so quiet and relaxing in the evenings. Parking is included with the rental. Free street parking is available, but scarce in Waikiki. Building has a ramp for disabled access. Other things to note We have a saltwater pool but it is currently unavailable due to repair work.
