Charming Bayfront Tranquility

Bayfront location! Just 20 steps to the beach! My place is close to restaurants and dining, amazing views, the city center, art and culture, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the beachfront access, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). NOTE: Minimum stays of (2 days or more are required.) Special consideration for longer or shorter stays can be discussed upon booking. PLEASE read over all instructions before booking. The space Quaint family cottage I have stayed in and owned for many years. Fresh ocean breezes from every window. Private deck to relax on a lazy afternoon. Kitchen: All items to cook are provided. Keurig (1) cup coffemaker is supplied. PLEASE bring your favorite pods for coffee or tea. After cooking, All items Must be hand washed after use. Trash: Trash can is located in the sunroom of the garage. There 2 Green round cans (with covers) for your convenience. Trash day is Thursday and trash can must be put out the night before and taken in after its picked up.. (Keep in mind when booking from October 15th - May 15th) HEAT in the unit is with stand alone Forced air and has a two stage high efficiency gas fired heating unit. There is a fan that may turn on and off by normal thermostat in cooler temps that occur in these months. It’s not a silent source of heating like central heat/air. Guest access The house is a two family style with one side occupied and the second side (closest to the bay) available. The front door to this apartment is on the right side of the house picture. Closest to the bay. Your private entrance is around back. The deck furniture is for your enjoyment along with cushions (that must be put away at nite). There is also a gas grill for your use to be turned off after each use as well.. There is firewood supplied for the chimenea (as pictured) please be familiar with lighting and also with extinguishing before attempting to make a cozy fire. Other things to note Feel free to bring your kayak or paddle board as the house is across the street from the calm bay waters. We provide comforters and pillows. PLEASE remember to bring linens for the bedroom. (including sheets, pillowcases etc). The bed is QUEEN size, not king. Each guest likes their own comfy sheets and pillow cases. There is a washer (no dryer) with a clothes line outside and laundromat within a 5 minute drive from the house. Guests must be at least 25 years of age. PLEASE NOTE: EXTRA FEE For MULTIPLE PETS. Remember there is NO TV. However there is the FASTEST, BEST, SECURE WIFI. Please bring any iPads, or computers or smart devices that can stream your favorite shows in case of an inclement weather and you may have to be indoors.***
