Soak in the sunrise over the peek a boo view of the ocean, and wind down watching sunset over the Ko’olau mountains from your backyard. Try your hand at local cuisine from your chefs kitchen or enjoy the patio near fruit bearing avocado and lemon trees. Kids live in adjoining house and can be heard at times. Please use AC sparingly🙏. Easy street parking and you have one spot in the driveway Happy to have you reach out to me via text or email:) Easy walk to the beach, 15 min bike ride to town or 10 min drive. Car recommended for your stay. Lovely neighborhood to stroll in. Bike rentals available in Kailua! Our neighborhood is very easy to park in. We have a mens bike and a women’s bike as well as bike locks. Please provide your own helmets and bike lights. I accept no liability for injury while riding my bikes. 🌺Important note for families: The one bedroom does not have a closing door, more like a large open arch. The kitchen separates the living room and bedroom. If you are traveling with your child/children and want to ensure separate space from yourself and them for work or recreation this might not be the best place for you. Many guests with families use the walk in closet (without a door) to put their child’s bed or crib in (we provide these if needed). The space is quite large but is also a fairly open space. 🌺Important for all guests: House has a nice breeze with sliding glass doors open, screens closed and fan on. Guests can use Ac but we ask that they do so sparingly🙏 🌺Compost receptacle and compost bin are available if interested. Please just ask:) 🌺Landscapers come to the property on Fridays between 11-4pm and stay for 45mins. They will come into your private yard and be loud during that time. 🌺Garbage night is Tuesday, recycle and green waste alternate on Fridays.
