Located in one of the nicest uptown neighborhoods- easy walk to Tulane and Loyola Universities. All towels and linens provided, including bathrobes. My house is casual and open -Somewhat friendly cat spends most of her time outside. She is not allowed in the guest rooms- but will sneak in if the doors are open. You have free use of kitchen and laundry facilities, wifi, and downstairs cable TV. Your bathroom is just outside your door. I love sharing my passion for the city with guests and have an open door policy (don't mind people coming home late ). If you want to be in party mode and crash near the French Quarter, this is not the place- but if you want to hang your hat and go visit the city, party, stay out late and have a quiet, safe place to come back to, this is the spot. Guest access Guests in the Purple Room enjoy the private 2nd floor bathroom. Laundry, kitchen, etc. available for guest use. Nothing is off limits to guest except the other guest rooms and the master suite on the second floor. During your stay I always try to meet guests when they arrive, help them get settled and provide recommendations for nearby places to go if it is mealtime. I work from home so I am usually here to meet guests. I am respectful of guests' privacy, but always available for you - at home or by phone. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig, breakfast items and most things you need to make a meal. I am often in the kitchen cooking, and you are welcome to join in!
