This listing provides 1 small private bedroom with a full-size bed, a large work desk and closet. The bathroom is located near the room and is only shared if someone is renting out the other larger room down the hallway. Otherwise the bathroom is considered private. Kitchen is downstairs and accessible to guests. In the kitchen there is a water kettle, expresso machine, french press and k-cup machine. K-cups and tea are provided. Parking is accessible, we have a large driveway.
