The space Coolidge Corner, located in the heart of Brookline, is one of Boston’s most vibrant and historically rich neighborhoods. Known as the birthplace of John F. Kennedy, the area blends modern charm with deep-rooted history. Centered around the lively intersection of Beacon and Harvard Street, Coolidge Corner offers plenty to see and do, from visiting the JFK National Historic Site to catching a film at the iconic Coolidge Corner Theatre or browsing the many unique local boutiques. Guest access We have two on-site parking spots available for $50 per night. These spaces fill up quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you'd like to reserve one. Please note that street parking in this area is heavily monitored and ticketed, and overnight parking is not allowed. If our on-site options are full, feel free to reach out—we're happy to offer parking recommendations based on your needs. This property is also equipped with a handicap-accessible entrance, located on the right side of the building. For your comfort, there are sitting/lounge areas on every floor, as well as two full community kitchens located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. We kindly ask that guests dispose of any items left in the shared refrigerators at the end of their stay to keep the space clean for others. Laundry facilities are located in the basement, available for all guests. Machines are coin-operated at $2.50 per wash and dry. Please note that detergent is not provided, so we recommend bringing your own. Other things to note All requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be confirmed more than 24 hours prior to arrival or departure. Approved requests will incur a fee based on the time requested. Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to an additional fee depending on the time the unit is vacated. As a self-service hotel with no on-site staff, we require all guests to complete a pre-check-in form and submit valid photo identification prior to arrival. This is necessary to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Please note: failure to provide a valid photo ID will result in denied access, and no refund will be issued. Service animals are welcome, provided proper documentation is submitted in advance. We understand guests may occasionally leave personal items behind. We hold any found belongings for 14 days. After that time, unclaimed items will be donated. If you would like your item returned, a $25 handling fee applies, in addition to a pre-paid shipping label that you must provide to ensure proper mailing and to cover staff time. What we provide: We supply all the basics to get you started: a complimentary roll of toilet paper and paper towel, travel-size dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, makeup wipes, a hair dryer, and fresh linens and towels. For longer stays, or if you prefer more frequent linen changes, we recommend bringing an extra set. A linen turnover service is available during your stay for a $25 fee. Each unit is also equipped with a mini fridge and microwave for your personal use.
