Princeville is the perfect home-base to explore the north shore - only a seven minute drive to Hanalei Bay and Anini beach. The space Our home has everything you need to make your stay on Kauai as effortless as possible. The living room features a 65" HD smart TV for all your streaming services and late night movies. (no cable) There is high-speed internet throughout the home for anyone telecommuting while visiting. We also have a vintage NES game console that contains over 100 original Nintendo games - brush up on your Super Mario Brother skills on rainy days :) There is also cold AC in the main living area and in every bedroom in the house! A true luxury here in Hawaii! The kitchen is fully stocked including everything you need to make meals from home. There is a Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip coffee maker to jumpstart your mornings. We provide basic spices, salt/pepper and olive oil. There are three bedrooms in the home. The master suite features a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and the third bedroom features two twin beds. There is an additional bathroom with tub and single vanity. All our beds have brand-new mattresses with soft, white linens. We have a wonderful back yard perfect for lounging after a long day of exploring. Enjoy our hammock and tree swing as well as a propane BBQ grill on the back lanai. We have a variety of citrus trees and native plants growing on our property and you'll love the tranquility of the neighborhood. The garage contains all your beach gear including bikes, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrella, a surfboard and even a stand-up paddle board. Full size washer and dryer in garage are also available for guest use. Guest access We highly recommend renting a car to maximize your adventuring potential. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking anywhere on property. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. Please understand this is a residential neighborhood. Mahalo!
