Cozy Corner Cottage

We have hosted many long term and contract jobs. The room is bright and sunny and close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. It is quiet and good for the solo adventurers. It is well worn but I keep it neat. 30 years old but the roof and the window casings are newer. The bed, sheets, towels, blankets, throw rug, & curtains are brand new. The rugs, floors,& furniture are clean. Plenty of room. Our most recent guest gave us bad reviews due to a problem tenant we had. The space Quiet and private. Please let us know if you are fully vaccinated for Covid. The homeowner is, and tries to rent to those who are so all are more comfortable. Guest access All common areas. Shared bathrooms. Other things to note If you are traveling to the local train, bus or airport, within 30 minutes drive I may be able to pick you up, with gas money. The State of Massachusetts charges 5.7% tax on the bill after you are charged your total bill. It will be separate bill and charge.
