Nice space, Quiet place, Easy Access: Room 2

Located near Rt.91 and the Mass Pike, this recently remodeled 3-bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood is ready to welcome you. This listing is for the finished basement space and now has it's own private bathroom. I look forward to welcoming guests to my home and sharing the best of Western Massachusetts with you. The space Room 2 is located in my finished basement. Access to the basement is restricted, so this space is private. The second exit goes to the outdoor patio. Guest access Guests have access to the entire lower level of the house, including the laundry area. During your stay I am always happy to hang out with guests. However, I also understand that guests like to do their own thing too. Other things to note Rarely do I need access to the washer and dry while a guest is staying in this space. In case I do need to do some laundry, I coordinate this time with the guest. If needed, I am happy to provide a light breakfast of fruit and granola bars.
