THE SPACE: This one-bedroom condominium unit at the Maui Vista resort in the sought-after Building 1 closest to the ocean features a private lanai with the blue of the ocean visible; a full kitchen; air conditioning units both in the living room and bedroom; King size bed in the bedroom; and in the living room there's a comfy sofa, plus dinette set along with a flat-screen TV. Provided in the kitchen is a variety of silverware, dishes, plates, cups, glasses, mugs, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and cookware. Kitchen appliances including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and electric range with oven, and a modern full size washer dryer unit. Small appliances include a toaster and coffee maker. Tiled flooring throughout the entire space. Ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom as well. A set of bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and beach towels are provided as well as a starter supply of shampoo, body wash, liquid soap, toilet paper, and paper towels, enough to get you by the first night until you've had time to obtain additional supplies from the nearby shops. Also included are two beach chairs and a small igloo cooler. Guest access THE COMMON AMENITIES The common areas at the Maui Vista resort includes beautiful tiled pools, barbeque areas each with gas grills and seating and tennis courts. The property faces West so guests can enjoy each sunset from the private lanai with views of magnificent Maui sunset skies. There is free on-site parking in the parking lots adjacent to the building. Other things to note There is a free wi-fi connection for this condo unit, (subject to rare but possible outages, like any other internet services that can go down...) The name of the wireless network and password are also provided on notes inside the unit. Parking at the condominium complex is also free, and there is no designated parking stall, but each guest will need to obtain a free parking permit from the front office as soon as the front office is open. You may park in whichever spot you choose each day of your stay. Another important thing to note is that spraying or applying or wearing sunblock or suntan lotions or bronzers or other colorants or bleaches inside the condo or on the lanai is not allowed, as these chemicals tend to stain furniture, sheets, or towels, and creates a film on glass and mirrors. Guests may be charged for the cost of cleaning or replacing sheets or towels or furnishings that become stained or bleached due to the wearing or spraying of any such chemicals inside the condo or on the lanai.
