Access to Outdoor Shower if arrive before check in! Unit is very spacious and has a loft area that leads out to the PRIVATE roofDeck. Kitchen has all the essentials. Two full baths, one with a sauna tub. Look no further if location and relaxation is your goal. Sleeps 12! ONLY FOR AGES 21+..BRING PHOTO ID'S. The space The unit has a very spacious living room/dining room area. The bedrooms are very spacious as well. There is a loft area that allows for additional relaxation space. It leads out to the private roof top deck. (Please do not leave sliding glass doors open). The unit offers 2 full baths one has a Sauna Tub! One bedroom offers a full bed and a twin bed. The second bedroom offers two twin beds. The third bedroom has a bunk bed, a twin over a full. The Kitchen has a full stove and refrigerator. It is stocked with pots and pans, dishes, silverware. A coffee maker is supplied. The main feature of this house is the BRAND NEW sun/roof deck. There are several chairs and this season, brand new raton deck furniture with love seat and 2 chairs/2ottomans. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower (for privacy/changing) located in the back fenced area, which I ask my guests to use if coming from the beach prior to entering my home. Wildwood is 1 of only 3 FREE NJ BEACHES, so you will not need beach tags!! The private roof top decks offer the best views on the island. Sit and enjoy the beautiful ocean, you can see the activity on the boardwalk. If your stay is in July and August its the perfect spot to watch the Friday night Fireworks. There will be roof top tags required to be worn when you are using the roof top deck. Only guest that are on the reservation are permitted in the unit or on the Roof top. This rule is strictly enforced. Additional rules for the roof top are displayed on the deck. You must be 23 or older to rent. Don't forget your photo ID's. The property has outdoor security cameras for safety and security of the property. The property is a non-smoking property and strictly enforced for insurance purposes. There is no smoking on any of the decks, or anywhere on the property. Please walk away from the property if you are a smoker, please be courteous and dispose of your cigarette butts. Do not set the thermostat below 69 degrees as it will freeze up the unit. Upon leaving , please leave the air set at 78 and in Auto Mode, kindly turn off Lights and Ceiling Fans. PLEASE dump all trash leaving my home CLEAN and TIDY. If trash is not removed, dirty dishes left in sink, etc. you could be charged an additional cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed. DO NOT FORGET TO leave the PARKING pass on the dining room table. Failure to leave the pass will cause you to be charged a $300 replacement fee. Make sure you also leave the roof top deck tags on the dining room table. If you have additional cars there is Free parking 1 1/2 blocks from every point on boardwalk. Guest access Guest have access to the entire unit with the exception of the owner's closet, which is locked and labeled. Other things to note Electronic Keypad Code will be provided at booking. Again, AC should not be set lower than 69 Degrees (or higher, but not lower). AC Coil continually freezes up in humid weather when set BELOW 69 degrees, according to South Jersey Gas Technician who has serviced frozen Ac several times. Keep all shades closed to ensure cool air flow. PLEASE KEEP SHADES LOWERED for OPTIMAL COOLNESS.
