Fully renovated in 2021, this stylish one bedroom is brand new. The 27th-floor unit with a private balcony comes with amazing ocean views and is one block away from the world-famous Waikiki Beach! Included: High-speed free wifi, Smart TV, central AC, full kitchen with appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils, laundry on each floor. However, on-site paid parking is available for $45/day, payable directly to the building’s parking management. Prices subject to change, kindly check office/FD for updated rates and terms. IMPORTANT: When parking,please be mindful of the 'NoBacking-in' or 'Do not Back in' signs to avoid penalty. For alternatives, nearby public parking lots are also available. Note: If you have multiple pieces of luggage, I suggest you park on the ground floor loading zone first (located on the right side after you enter the parking structure). Kindly note: In accordance with Hawaii state law, the Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) rate will increase from 10.25% to 11% starting January 1, 2026. For reservations after this date, an additional 0.75% tax adjustment will apply. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this change. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the reservation. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the specific policy applied. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation policy carefully before confirming their booking and to contact the booking channel directly if they have any questions or notice any discrepancies. Travel insurance is also recommended to provide added protection in case of unexpected changes to travel plans. As with any bustling destination, you may occasionally hear the sounds of busy streets and city life. For added comfort, noise-canceling earplugs can help ensure a restful stay. If you have online meetings or need a quieter environment, noise-canceling headphones can also be useful. Wireless High Speed Internet Access (Free of Charge; Up to 200MB Download; Up to 20MB upload) 2. TV - Cable Amenities: 1. Laundry: Coin operated laundry facilities on each floor. 2. Trash: A few feet away from the unit, there are chutes are located on each floor. 3. Gym: Gym access for guests, the fob is also at the counter. Please hold onto the fob because the replacement cost is $200. 4. Pool/Picnic Area: Open from 9am to 9pm. 5. Mart: There is a convenience store onsite. The property has 24 hour onsite security is is very safe and welcoming. Other things to note We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the property or in areas not designated for smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the premises. Please note that a $1000 fine will apply for any violations of this policy. If building management issues a citation to us as owners and hosts, we may escalate the matter to Airbnb for further action. However, for your convenience, on-site paid parking is still available at the building. The current rate is $45 per day, subject to change by the parking operator. Guests may inquire and pay directly at the parking kiosk or with the building’s parking management. We recommend confirming availability upon arrival or contacting the front desk for assistance. If you prefer more budget-friendly options, there are also nearby public parking lots and garages within walking distance that may offer different daily or hourly rates. The Waikiki Sunset parking height restriction is 6 feet 2 inches. However, cars that are over 6 feet in height, such as Chevy Suburban, Chevy Tahoe (most large SUV) cannot be parked on the 2nd floor or above. Since the ground floor parking spaces for large cars are very limited, we strongly suggest to rent cars that are 6 feet or under. We cannot be responsible if you have cars that are over 6 feet in height, and all ground floor parking is taken. Thank you very much for your understanding. For the safety and security of all our guests, we may request a copy of valid ID for each arriving guest after the reservation is confirmed. Since our units are privately managed through Airbnb, the front desk does not officially accommodate parcel deliveries on our behalf. However, you may still check with them to see if they have accepted your package as a courtesy. If not, your package may be left at the front door of the unit. To ensure a secure delivery, we highly recommend shipping to the nearest parcel station provided by your chosen carrier and arranging for pickup directly from them. Please note that we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. If you want to cancel this booking, please note that we follow Airbnb's Strict cancellation policy.
