The space The studio is a separate and private back unit of a residential lot. The unit is fully furnished with a leather futon couch that pulls out to a bed in the living area, a bedroom with a bed, dresser, end table with lamp and clock, and full closet. There is a full kitchen with stove and sink, full size refridge and freezer, and stocked with dishes, glasses, coffee cups, pots and pans, utensils, knife set and cutting board, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. There is a full bathroom with shower, towels and toiletries. The front entry has a 3 step stairway to the front door and the bedroom opens up to a large outdoor back patio. The windows are frosty for privacy, yet allows natural lighting and sunshine in. Windows open and there is also an air conditioner. Free 5G wifi, including end tables with USB and outlets, large flatscreen tv with access to netflicks, prime video, and a multitude of channels and networks. Guest access Guests have a free reserved parking spot in the driveway during their stay. Biki bike rental station and drop off on one end of the street and moped rental around the corner. We are located off of Kalakaua Ave. with a straight shot to Waikiki by foot, bike, moped, car, or bus, all available just around the corner. Nearby shops and restaurants are endless. Other things to note The neighborhood is quiet and noise travels. Elderly and retired long-time residents and an elementary age child on site. No parties, drugs, or loud noise.
