The on-demand heating system provides unlimited hot water so everyone in your group can take a shower after a long day at the beach or poolside. The fenced-in backyard provides plenty of space for kicking around a soccer ball, playing wiffle ball or just running around. Escape the summer heat and enjoy a peaceful night sleep courtesy of the individually-controlled A/C units in the 3 largest bedrooms (2 portable units available for other rooms if needed, but no easy way to keep them hooked up permanently). If you enjoy large group dinners, there is plenty of room for everyone at the large dining room table with seating for 8 people. When you need a break from the sun or a quiet place to eat your breakfast, you will love the covered patio overlooking the pool. There is a gas grill to help you create amazing dinners with fresh Cape Cod seafood. The garage contains a foosball table for lots of family fun. Small dogs allowed for a pet fee of $100/stay. Come experience all the wonders of Falmouth, with its numerous beaches, restaurants & bars and Cape Cod Winery. Cape Cod Children's Museum in Mashpee is about 6 miles away. There are many golf courses throughout the Cape and this is a great house for golf weekends. Falmouth Country Club (public course, 27 holes) is less than a mile away and there are countless others within a short drive. You can catch the ferry out to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket just a few miles from the house as well. The closest public beach is Menauhant Beach, which is 3.0 miles away. There are several others, including Old Silver Beach, a short drive away. There is something for everyone in Falmouth. Come experiences the joys of the Cape for yourself. Guests have access to full house, private in-ground heated pool (Memorial Day thru mid-Sept) and outdoor shower. There is a garage containing a foosball table for your enjoyment. Additionally there is a gas grill and plenty of grilling utensils available for use. Owner will not be present during stay as we value your privacy and desire for a private vacation. We are always available via email, text or phone to address any issues promptly. We love the private backyard that offers us the chance to relax and play in the pool, staying cool during the summer. The house is approximately 3 miles from Menauhant beach and there are many GREAT beaches throughout Falmouth. In the off-season, Falmouth still has many great restaurants, shopping & golf courses to enjoy. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, so you MUST be quiet & respectful of neighbors. There is no public transportation, but there is ample driveway parking for up to 4 cars. Parking on the road is not allowed.
