The space THE HOME: The house has 4 bedrooms (plus living area that has a sofa bed) and a huge kitchen. Additional dining space off kitchen with laundry room featuring full appliances. The house has been recently renovated with an eye towards comfort and big groups. We have wifi, televisions in all bedrooms and the living room, so you can kick back and relax as a group, and then get out and explore this amazing city! I'm a good Southern girl so there's always lagniappe -- I’ll “greet you” with beer, a couple bottles of wine, water, and coffee and tea (as well as sugar and creamer) in the house. THE KITCHEN: The kitchen features brand new appliances, stone counters, essential cookware, and lots of cabinets. All the basic essentials are stocked including pots, pans, utensils, and paper towels. THE BEDROOMS: All bedrooms include 2 full size beds, 2 with Queen sofa bed, with crisp linens -- actually, lots of linen, and a ridiculous number of pillows. I like pillows. No bunk beds -- we're all grown folk. All the mattresses are pillow top, and have additional mattress padding. Each bedroom has a 40 inch television. THE BATHROOMS: The two completely remodeled full bathrooms have designer tile, custom granite, and loads of towels. Shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and blow dryers are all provided. PARKING: Parking in the front of the house, so there is off-street parking that can accommodate 2 small cars parked diagonally so as not to block the sidewalk. There is also street parking right in front of the house. COMMON SENSE RULES: The number one rule is to eat, drink, and enjoy New Orleans! However, please review my common sense house rules before you book. Guest access The house is yours during your stay! Other things to note So many extras including soda, water, wine, beer, laundry supplies, bath supplies, etc. There is wi-fi in the house, and ALL of the bedrooms have televisions! Kitchen has pots and pans and baking supplies. Microwave and Kurig.
