The space This condo at Lea Casa is within Casa de Emdeko, located on the ocean side of the Kona Gold Coast approximately one mile from charming downtown Kailua-Kona. The lush tropical gardens and amenities transform you to a enchanting blue ocean front paradise. Enjoy the fresh and salt water pools, cabana, gas BBQ grills, and outdoor covered patio. Take in the stunning sunsets from the beach—a great place to gather, meet other guests, watch canoe races, dolphins and whales swim by. Located a mile from charming downtown Kona; a great location to explore all the Big Island has to offer. Guest access Guests have access to private gated parking, fresh water and salt water pools, gas BBQ grills, cabana, and laundry facilities (coin operated). Other things to note - Guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid ID check-in. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation and Airbnb profile. Bookings made on behalf of other guests are not allowed. - If you have requests for specific accessibility needs, please contact the host prior to arrival with details. - Unit includes one parking space- please park in any of the available spaces next to the main building only. You must register your vehicle with the Casa de Emdeko lobby within 24 hours of arrival.
