This studio type room is basement level with a single room with a private entrance from the exterior with its own sidewalk. There is a private bathroom. It has finished ceilings, beautiful cabinets, and granite counters, cabinets, sink, microwave, fridge. The house is close to Oleana restaurant, central square, and Inman Square. You’ll love the location. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, professors and visiting scientists at MIT or Harvard, and business travelers. The space This studio type room is basement level with a single room with a private entrance from the exterior with its own sidewalk leading to the entrance stairs. It has a queen size bed and is perfect for someone visiting Cambridge. The room is small but the recent addition of a table & chair to work on your laptop or with paper are useful for a longer working stay. It is quite functional and nice -the kitchenette features: microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, sink, granite counters and beautiful wooden cabinets. There is approximately 1 meter of floor space between the queen size bed and granite counters of the kitchenette and along the side wall, so it is snug but quite comfortable if you are mainly just sleeping, watching tv or reading in bed, or grabbing food from the fridge or heating a few items to eat a quick meal. The private bathroom is just outside the room and features beautiful tiling and a glass shower enclosure. Guest access You will have access to your room through your private entranceway from the exterior of the house. You will have a bathroom for your exclusive use. However, the bathroom is not directly attached to the room. You must cross the common stairwell just outside your room to access the bathroom that is for your exclusive use. Other things to note It is very comfortable with a nice memory foam queen size bed and convenient kitchenette for eating. The recent addition of a table and chair facilitate work on a laptop or with paper. We supply significant amenity items to “get you started” , settle in, and enjoy your stay in Cambridge, but for longer stays (> 1 week) please note that you will be responsible to supply your own replacements.
