3 bedrooms 4 beds spacious The space YOUR SPACE -A home 3 bedrooms, 4 beds 1 full bathroom ( bath tub.) comfortable for 4 people ,living room with 85 inches cable TV , dining room with 4 seat dining table , open kitchen with 4 stools , central air & heat, internet , parking off street or behind the gate. -Sharing the laundry room. -Our place is not spotless but it’s clean and comfortable -We did not provide conditioner and wash cloth . OUR SPACE -We are stay in master room with access through the back yard. our master room separate by door in the hall way so both has privacy ,and -Studio behind the house -The patio and back yard our space -we have small old dog , never bark , stay in our studio . 4.0 miles to french quarter , 8.0 mile to convention center. 1.5 mile from The Fairgrounds (site of New Orleans Jazz Fest.) 1.5 mile to Lake Pontchartrain. 1.5 mile to University of New Orleans or Dillards University 20 minutes from the airport by car City park about 1.5 mile away (Golf, Tennis court , paddle boats, small amusement park/story land, the New Orleans Museum Of Art and Sculpture garden. Feed the duck at bayu st john ,walking track and bike track just one block away. Pharmacy,urgent care, Grocery store, Starbucks coffee, dining , nail salon , five minutes away by car located at Harrison Avenue. Quiet Public transportation near by about 2 block Guest access entire house in front Other things to note Your space in front the house .
