Aloha! Enjoy this newly remodeled condo just steps from Waikiki beach in the beautiful Waikiki Banyan. Truly relax in this well-designed retreat that's also in the heart of Waikiki enjoy the peaceful mountain view! The condo is a true, large one-bedroom, with two queen beds (most units at the Waikiki Banyan have full-size beds). Full kitchen and quiet, cold AC in both the living room and the bedroom. The building has free, secured covered parking and fast wifi. The space This condo was thoughtfully designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Unlike other units in the Waikiki Banyan, this is a true one-bedroom condo with a door (not just room-dividers). The bedroom has been expanded as well to accommodate two queen-size beds (most units in the Waikiki Banyan have full-size beds). In addition to the full-size kitchen with a dishwasher, we've added quiet, comfortable, ductless AC systems in both the living room and bedroom for maximum comfort. Some of the things our previous guests appreciate the most are: - High quality, 600-thread-count cotton sheets and fluffy soft towels - Ultra comfortable memory foam mattresses - Hotel-quality, real feather pillows - Room-darkening curtains - Extensive cleaning checklist to make sure the place is spotless upon arrival Perks like free, secured parking and coin-operated laundry room on each floor make this building stand out from other Waikiki condos. You're just steps from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and all the great things Waikiki has to offer! ------------------------------ ***IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE RECREATION DECK*** The Recreation Deck Rehabilitation Project will commence on April 7, 2025. The project work is estimated to last between 10 to 14 months and the entire 6th floor recreation deck will be unavailable and closed during the renovations. This includes the pool area, BBQs, tennis/pickleball courts, and playground. Please also be advised that unfortunately there will not be many units that won't be affected by the construction noise once the demolition phases start. The times they can be doing noisy work are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Those sensitive to strong smells please be advised. Material application associated with odor emission expected July 28 - December 31. However, there will be variability in which the emission of odor occurs or is strongest. *Odor description: acrylic paint/nail salon/paint* Other possible scents: “burning rubber” – circumstantial, material will be moved to furthest point from both towers to mitigate smell, will only last 10 min. ------------------------------ ***IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PARKING*** The parking garage has a clearance height of 72 inches, and also has tight spaces. You may be turned away from entering if you have a large or oversized vehicle. Guest access This condo comes with a parking pass that will let you in and out of the secured, covered parking garage. There is also an electronic lock on the door for 24-hour access and you don't have to worry about losing your keys! Early check-ins and late check-outs are sometimes available for a $40 fee. Depending on whether we have other guests checking in or out of that same unit that day, early check-in is 1:00 PM and late check out is 12:00 PM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not always available and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Early check-ins and late check-outs must be paid for and confirmed by host in writing to be finalized. Other things to note The Waikiki Banyan is one of the larger condominium buildings in Waikiki. There are two towers, one with 37 floors and one with 38 floors (over 800+ condo units total). The building has full-time security and maintenance staff, as well as a hotel management company that manages many units in the building. The building has the look and feel of a hotel, but each unit is individually owned and operated and there are also many full-time residents who live in this building. We do our best to make sure our guests have an excellent experience, but please be aware that we are an Airbnb condo and not part of the hotel operation. We do not have staff on-hand 24 hours and are not always immediately available. But we do live locally and are here to help you enjoy our beautiful island and condo!
