The upper level also houses the final full bathroom, providing added comfort and privacy for guests. No events will take place during your stay, as the home is blocked off and unavailable for rent during scheduled events. If you’re visiting mid-week, you may occasionally see landscaping crews tending to the grounds or a tent being set up in preparation for an upcoming event. While this is rare, we want to be transparent about the possibility. ⭐️ PETS: No pets permitted. ⭐️ PARKING: Free parking available on the premises. ⭐️ DAMAGE PROTECTION: Your reservation includes a $20 accidental damage insurance fee, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay with peace of mind.
