The space Studio in-law suite on the ground floor of our home with a queen bed, full kitchen (except for an oven), table, and sitting area with couch and TV. Pots, pans, and other cooking supplies provided. Private bathroom. Private entrance. Free off-street parking for one car in the driveway with a Level 2 EV charger. Big yard shared with the hosts. Other things to note There are three steps from the driveway down to the path alongside the house, and one step down from the front door into the space. The guest suite is on the bottom level of our single-family house. You will have full privacy, but we'll be upstairs if you need anything. We have a toddler who you may hear during the day. He goes to bed around 7:30pm and sleeps on the top floor so you shouldn’t hear him at all during the night. He wakes up around 7am.
