Located right outside of Montrose Iowa and across the highway from the Great Mississippi River. Be ready to kickback, relax and enjoy your stay! This 12x20 cabin has a living room, eat in kitchen area complete with stove/oven, microwave, Smart TV with DVD player, DVD's, stereo, Board Games, books, and MORE! WIFI available! Kitchen comes with pots, pans, and dishes. Queen bed for a good nights sleep with a bathroom for a relaxing shower. Cabin is complete with sheets, blankets, towels, etc. There are train tracks nearby (you will not cross them to get to cabin) The cabin is on its own drive and is secluded from homes/cabins. This is a "Tiny House/Cabin". It can fit 4 people (2 on queen bed and 2 on futon). Beautiful wooded cabin surrounded by trees with open area to relax. Great, private location with plenty of parking.
