The space Private bedroom with a Queen bed (memory foam mattress), private bath, and private den with TV all on first floor, plus shared use of remaining first floor of the house - living room, two sunrooms and kitchen, where guests are expected to clean up after themselves. A mini fridge, coffee maker and dinnerware also provided in the Airbnb space. TV service includes HBO, Paramount Plus, Netflix and Amazon Prime TV. The sunrooms face east and west, and are great spaces for sunrise coffee and sunset cocktails as temperatures permit. Deck off back sunroom with seating and tables, more plants and a grill. Guest book includes information on local sights and restaurants. Garden with seating and cold-weather fire pit. Guest access Guests have sole use of a den with TV, bedroom, and private bath, plus shared use of kitchen living room, both sunrooms and deck. Other things to note There is exercise equipment for use by guests, including a water rower and a Pilates reformer (please only use the reformer if you are familiar with the equipment).
