Spacious & serene in a rural setting of West Tisbury. Private, modern, light-filled studio on the first floor walkout of a newly built 2021 post and beam home. Beautifully landscaped, abutting the state forest. Full amenities, 10ft high ceilings, windows and French doors with stone patio sitting area. Studio is down a long dirt driveway located mid-Island, near beaches, trails, and 15 minute drive to all towns. Close to the Farmers Market, Artisan fair & General Store. The perfect retreat! The space Studio is located downstairs in a post & beam home built in 2021. Light & Spacious open floor plan with living room area, sleeping area with queen bed, fully functional kitchen, bathroom. French doors lead to a stone patio with a sitting area. Very private. The studio is down a 1/2 miles dirt road, off Old County Road. Car HIGHLY recommended. My husband and I live upstairs. We are quiet, early to bed folks.. We have 3 cats who roam the property and chickens . Note: this rental is not suitable for babies/ toddlers. We have a strict no pets in the studio policy. Guest access Car STRONGLY recommended! Parking spot is set up top by the main house, requires a 2 minute walk down stone steppers and grassy hill to studio entrance with some solar lighting at night. The driveway and parking area is not paved. Please note that there is a 1/2 mile dirt driveway from Old County Road to the property. Property is centrally located in the middle of the island, convenient to all towns. Just a mile from West Tisbury town center with Alley's General store, WT Congregational Church, Saturday Farmers Market, Sunday Artisans Fair and walk to the summer's best attraction: The Agricultural Fair. Near the Grey Barn Farm stand, 7A Foods, State Road Restaurant, Cronigs Market, the airport, Lamberts Cove Beach, Menemsha Beach, Sepiessa, and the island's best Land Bank trails. Other things to note Garden and lawn maintenance may be happening on the property during your stay. Sprinkler system that turns on early mornings and evenings. The couch is not a pull-out bed. Please honor the check in time of 3pm so we can make sure the studio is ready for you. If you arrive early you are welcome to message us to see if the studio is ready before 3pm. We will do our best to accommodate, however it is not always possible. No pets allowed in the studio. Additionally this studio is not suitable for babies or toddlers. Our apologies but due to the parking location and walk to studio, this rental is not conducive to persons in wheelchairs or walkers. Thanks for your understanding.
