Quiet condo living on the island with sweeping meadow views and breathtaking sunsets. Once booked, we will ask for your email address to send your lease, and info about the property and the check-in process. ** A signed lease is REQUIRED for booking ** The space This property is managed by Century 21 Gilmartin & Company. **PLEASE READ THROUGH THE ENTIRE LISTING** for important details about your rental and helpful info about the check-in process, house rules, what we provide, etc. CHECK IN/OUT Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Keys will be picked up from the 24 hour kiosk set up outside of our office; Century 21 Gilmartin & Company. We can NOT offer late departures or early check-ins. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. AMENITIES/THINGS PROVIDED - starter paper products- 1 roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, cleaning products - bed linens & towels - oil, salt & pepper - automatic drip coffee maker - washer/dryer - off-street parking/garage - gas propane grill - outside shower - beach chairs -shared association pool SUPPLIES NOT PROVIDED Shampoos, soaps, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, coffee ( some guests may leave unused supplies behind as a courtesy) Beach towels NOT provided SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS Maximum capacity of 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom has 1 king size bed. Second bedroom has 1 queen size bed. Third bedroom has 2 twins beds. Fourth bedroom is a loft area which has 2 twin beds as well. ENTERTAINMENT There are 2 televisions in this rental with cable television. Internet. BEACH There is a public beach area nearby; Cape May City which require tags. This rental provides 5 beach tags. Additional daily/weekly tags can be purchased with cash at any of the beach entrances. COMMUNICATION Once your lease is signed, a dedicated rental agent will reach out to you through the email you provide. Any further questions , not covered in this listing should be addressed directly with your rental agent as they will be able to answer you regarding the specifics of your property and lease agreement.
