The space This private, 1st floor guest wing is attached to an iconic Malcom Wells mid-century single-family home. The recently built suite boasts a dedicated driveway, free offstreet parking & a private entry door accessed from the driveway via a wood ramp (separate from the primary dwelling). Exterior & interior doors/hallways are extra wide. Guest access On-street parking is available, but use of the private driveway and free on-site parking is encouraged. Hunt Tract is a residential Cherry Hill enclave with a 25 mph speed limit. The graciously scaled community is blessed with a popular walking, jogging and cycling circuit used by area residents and their guests. There are no sidewalks and limited street lighting in deference to the natural wooded setting. Other things to note WiFi is included so you can stay connected while enjoying this charming hideaway.
