Whale of a Time is located within a quiet community in family friendly Dennisport on Cape Cod. Enjoy easy walking distance to a private beach, restaurants, coffee, ice cream and much more! Standalone 3-bedroom cottage features spacious decks, renovated kitchen and bathroom, brand new outdoor shower, and private backyard with hammock, grill, fire pit and exterior lighting. Community includes basketball court, shuffleboard, cornhole and volleyball. * Rented on a weekly basis in July and August The space • Standalone 3-bedroom Cape Cod cottage in family friendly seasonal community • 10-minute walk to private community beach on Nantucket Sound, which sits between Sea Street Beach and Glendon Road Beach • In addition to the private beach access, the cottage is 10-minute walk to public beaches like beautiful Sea Street Beach • Coffee shop, bakery, deli, ice cream, seafood, beach shop and other restaurants just around the corner from the cottage • Front deck with seating and private backyard with spacious deck, fire pit, propane grill, hammock and exterior lighting • Full bathroom and outdoor shower (perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach) both brand new in 2022 • WiFi and Smart TV for access to all your streaming services • Kitchen renovated in 2022 and stocked with plates, bowls, cups, mugs, silverware, glassware, wine glasses and french press + Chemex pour-over for coffee • Guests bring their own bedding (2 queens and a twin bunk bed) and towels; essentials like toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap and pillows are provided • Each bedroom is equipped with a window A/C unit Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, but use of the loft area and storage shed are prohibited. Parking is available on the right side of the house (two tandem spots). Extra parking is available on the left of the house and in front of the basketball court. Other things to note Guests are responsible for bringing all linens, including bedding, towels and beach towels. Beach chairs are provided. Please note, per our association rules, pets are not allowed for renters. However, we do have a dog who stays on the property when we use the cottage. The cottage is thoroughly cleaned between each use, but if you or anyone in your party have allergies please book according to what would be best for your health and circumstances.
