This is a smoke-free, family-friendly, fully furnished cottage with landscaped wraparound yard, bicoastal views and fruit trees on property. Quiet upcountry living at its finest... *Signed contract required upon arrival* The entire Cottage (2 bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen, living room) is detached, free standing, and has its own carport. When you’re living on our land, we hope you feel well cared for by the sunshine, breezes and healing energy potential Maui has to offer. 12+ month Contract. We are always available for any questions and will try to accommodate any special needs or requests if we are able to. As of March 2020, we’d love to respect social distancing whenever possible. The cottage always comes perfectly clean and fully equipped for your stay and if you need anything and we happen to have it, we’ll leave it in front of your door and text you. We want you to have a safe and peaceful time here for however long you choose to make our home your home on Maui ❤️🌴 Amazing Bicoastal views up slightly from Lower Kula. Honor system Fruit stands all up and down our road with several Farmers markets several blocks away, and the island’s best Saturday farmers market 5 minutes down the road. 5-7min to Pukalani and Makawao with grocery stores. 20-30min to Pa’ia and Kahului with Mana foods, Costco and Wholefoods. If you are moving here for the school system and staying in our place for a couple seasons while you check out the real estate market and different schools, you will be pleasantly surprised with the world famous education opportunities and beautiful neighborhoods this area offers - at least we were :) Haleakala Waldorf school and Kula elementary are 5 minutes away. Seabury, King K and Kalama are 5-10 minutes away. The Montessori school and Waldorf High school are about 12 minutes away. Kula Hospital is about 8 minutes away. Farmers markets and farmstands within 0-3 minutes and the Kula Upcountry market 5 minutes away. Car We are a smoke-free, drug-free, child-friendly property. We also try to keep things as low toxin as possible. We avoid pesticides, try to separate compost from garbage, all in line with our goal of having a property that fosters health and wellness. We clean with eco-friendly cleaning materials to reduce impact on the local wildlife, and we feel that it even cleans better than the conventional stuff! :) For working remotely, this cottage has its own dedicated modem with Ultra High Speed Spectrum Internet service.
