This beautiful guest suite is a 5 minute walk to the village of West Tisbury on Martha’s Vineyard and has a private entrance on the 2nd floor of our newly renovated modern barn house. Surrounded by trees, beside a large meadow, this large 400 square foot suite has vaulted wood ceilings and skylights. Enjoy the outdoor shower and new outdoor sitting area. The location is centrally located, a short walk to a village, providing amenities. Ask about our other guest suites if you are with others. The space This newly renovated spacious suite has tall ceilings with several skylights that create a bright and open airy ambience. The suite comes with a walk on pass to Lambert's Cove Beach. The Loft Guest Suite has 2 rooms. The main large room has the sleeping area, sitting area, and a kitchenette. And the other room is the bathroom. The guest suite does not have a kitchen but instead has a small kitchenette which includes a mini fridge, a toaster oven and an electric kettle, providing some basic amenities for your short stay. There is a very comfortable firm queen size bed for sleeping. There is a couch and a coffee table in the sitting area. And there are many books to enjoy. There is also a wooden desk and a chair for sitting at a computer. In the bathroom, there is a skylight, as well as shelves for storage of your toiletries. The shower stall is small but suitable for most people. If you're above average in height or size, you can contact me for more details. There is heat and AC in this guest suite as well. Plus enjoy the outdoor shower that's just outside the entrance to your guest suite as well as the outdoor eating and sitting area that includes a picnic table and Adirondack chairs. This guest suite is not suitable for children and infants. Please ask about our other guest suites if you need a full kitchen, are traveling with more than 2 people, or are looking for something different! You can also walk a quarter mile to our small town center where you’ll find Alley's General Store, a lunch place called 7a, The Grange arts center, a beautiful public library, and a bus stop among other things. We are also walking distance to the Farmers Market, The Agricultural Hall and the Fairgrounds! The guest suite shares walls with another guest suite. We can all hear each other through the walls to some degree, so we ask all of our guests to respect one another and keep their noise volume low. Especially after 9pm and before 9am. We also ask all our guests not to invite other people back to the guest suite, and to please remove their shoes when inside the guest suite. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Other things to note There are many public beaches that are only 15 minutes away by car: Lamberts Cove, Menemsha, Aquinnah, South Beach in Katama, State Beach, and many more. There are also an abundance of beautiful public trails to explore. There will be a print-out in your suite with details.
