To ensure a comfortable and secure stay for all guests, please note that this is a personal booking only. We cannot accept reservations made for third parties. Your peaceful, centrally-located room is ideal for traveling professionals, with a comfortable bed, desk, and Fios internet. You'll be near local stores, malls, and the hospital. For everyone's comfort, we kindly ask that you style your hair in the bedroom to keep the shared bathroom clean. We look forward to hosting you! The space This is a five-bedroom house with two bedrooms upstairs (2nd flr) and two (Airbnb) bedrooms on the first floor. The living room, bathrooms, and kitchen are shared spaces. There is a full bathroom in the basement, located near the laundry area. Please follow the red arrows on the machine to use it. Smoking is only permitted in the designated backyard area. The room has a desk for you to work at. Please note that pets are not permitted. Please note that pets are not permitted. Guest access The driveway is first-come, first-served. Free street parking BUT LOOK AT STREET SIGNS for STREET CLEANING, so that you won’t get a parking ticket. When you enter the house, make a right and you'll see the room door #2. You'll be given an access code for the front door and your room door. The house is in Hackensack and is centrally located! Buses to NYC are 3 blocks away. Also, we are not far from Hackensack Hospital. Near all the malls, dining, and entertainment. There is a standalone cabinet in the kitchen, located by the back door, containing paper plates, pots, and cups. You will have to provide your own food and seasonings. You are allowed to use the dishes and silverware, but please remember to clean up after yourself. If using meat, please don't throw any raw meat in the garbage or its container to prevent bugs. The stove cuts off at 9:30 pm, so please finish cooking by then. All food that is garbage can be put in the trash on Wednesday nights. During your stay I am available to answer any of your questions and am minutes away if any problems arise. Other things to note If you want to stay at my place you have to clean up after yourself in common areas there is no maid here. Take care of your own messes and help maintain a clean environment throughout the house. For long term stay you will be put in rotation.
