Our house sits on a quiet short street in town. It is a cozy, CLEAN, beautiful, three-bedroom, two-bath home, child-safe with closed in backyard. There is an electric fireplace. A bonus room can be used as a laptop friendly office space. A fully equipped kitchen contains basic appliances, Keurig, and more. Backyard has privacy fence/grill. Front door has Ring doorbell with audio/camera. Strong wifi throughout. Smart TV in living room. All bedrooms have blackout curtains, fans, chargers. The space The entire house has a light, cheery air. Perfect place to come to relax, kick off your shoes and feel at home. There are several fans to use for your comfort. There is a table that can seat six to eight people, where your family and friends, local and away can come enjoy time together. The backyard has room for enjoying the sunshine and outdoors and grilling your favorite food. Guest access Access to the entire house! It has a closed in backyard with a gate and a grill and camp chairs to enjoy the great outdoors. Other things to note Please do not smoke in the house. No unregistered guests or parties. No pets. Families with small children are always welcome. Playpen and sheets available. If more than six guests, there is a $10 a night per person extra fee. Children two and under are exempt from extra fee.
