Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and includes simple conveniences such as a ceiling fan with light, a large flat screen TV with cable box, dresser, nightstand, lamp, and ample closet space. The Master Bedroom has a huge closet and private master bath. Unit also includes a large laundry room for your convenience. Items included with your rental: The kitchen is fully appointed with expected appliances + coffee pot, toaster, pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, cooking and eating utensils, etc. We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper, hand soap @ sinks, 1 roll of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent. You will also have access to the garage for 1 parking spot and storage. 2 additional dedicated parking spots are on the left side of the driveway. Guest access You have FULL access to this unit. The unit includes garage parking (1) and driveway parking (2). Very walkable area of town with the boardwalk one block away with unlimited food options, several good bars and restaurants nearby, and ACME, CVS, and packaged goods just a few blocks directly west. Our guest book provides additional detail and recommendations. Other things to note Check out is 10:00AM, Check in is at 2:00PM. Our default settings allow for Saturday check in/check out only. However, exceptions may be considered upon request depending on bookings adjacent to reservation request. Over 25 or families only - No Senior week guests, No prom weekend guests. No pets & No smoking. Security deposit will not be returned to address evidence of pets or smoking. Owners insurance does not cover Guest contents or belongings. Unreasonable noise or disturbance by the Guest may result in eviction. Guest agrees to pay for any breakage or damage to the Property, furnishings, and equipment. Guest is only responsible for breakage or damage that occurred during their stay was done by Guest and/or their guests. Guests are liable for damages in excess of security deposit. Instruction to access keys will be provided to Guests prior to arrival. Lockout fee is $100. If keys are not returned, there is a $100 charge to change locks or re-key.
