Our apartment has a large 1,063 sqft floor plan and spacious Lanai that provides additional space for lounging, relaxing & enjoying peek-a-boo ocean views. Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, large closets and it’s own ensuite bathroom with shower tub combination. Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed. Guest bathroom offers shower tub combination as well. The Living room offers a couch, TV and a dining table for 4 people. From the lanai you can enjoy partial ocean views and watch the cruise ship arrive and depart every wednesday. This apartment gets nice Kona breezes - Louvred windows throughout the unit allow for increased air flow. Please note we do not have central AC but we offer portable AC unit Master bedroom. Our amenities include: equipped kitchen, Wifi, TV, washer and dryer, one designated parking spot and elevator - very convenient when staying on the 3rd floor. Iokua Residential Services is available throughout the guest stay to assist. Alii Drive and Kailua Kona town center is only a 7 minutes walk. Within 10 minutes walk you can find Resorts, Grocery stores, Shopping centers, Restaurants, Sports bars, Shops, Coffee Shops and beautiful beaches in the heart of Kona! The Kailua Bay pier is a short 10-minute walk. From there, you can rent stand up paddles, or join a boat excursion for snorkel, whale watch, or dinner cruise. KOA airport is located 20 minutes away. Our central location allows guests explore Kailua Kona by walking. **COVID-19  Restrictions:  Starting October 15th, 2020 - the State will accept a negative test exception to the mandatory self-quarantine. Beyond the State’s accepted negative result from a pre-travel COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours from the final leg of departure, Hawai’i County requires an additional test (arrival test) for transpacific travelers arriving onto Hawai’i Island.
