Our historic five bedroom, 2.5 bath, 3200 square foot home sleeps 13 comfortably between two kings, three queens, a bunk, and a set of twin beds. 19 ppl with blow up & couches. Our home is a professionally designed combination of historic and modern, with original wood floors, as well as keypad entry and mini-split heating and cooling. Moments from UMass and Treehouse. Family groups of 3-4 couples with children will be most comfortable. We do not allow parties or events, or non-staying guests. The space Our home is located in the Sunderland Center Historic District (listed in the National Register of Historic Places) and is a five bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with full dining room, kitchen, and living room. One area of the house can be contained to a private apartment with kitchenette, combination bed/living room and office, and full bathroom. This full bathroom should be shared with your other group and family members in order to ensure everyone’s comfort. Please consider the following when booking and adding guests; there are four traditional upstairs bedrooms with two queens and two king beds between the four rooms. Once you fill those beds, any additional guests will be in other accommodations outside of traditional bedrooms, or in traditional beds. Those accommodations may be for example, dual-purposed rooms, pull out couches, or air mattresses, and may require doubling a room up in order to accommodate the guests you bring. Guest access This listing includes use of the entire home, excluding garage. There may be locked closets and storage as this is our personal home. The outdoor patio may be used until 9pm, at which point everyone must move inside. Neighborhood is very quiet and the neighboring homes are very close. Laundry is not available on site. Other things to note Our cleaning fee provides professional cleaning service, and the cost to clean linens. This is a pass-through service, and we make no money on cleaning. Please note that the cleaning fee is for preparation of the home, and is not a fee that allows for the home to be disrespected or left destroyed. All beds and pillows are kept clean with allergy covers, and all linens are cleaned after every use. Some twin beds or pull-out couches may be made with “Beddy’s”, which are combined sheets and blankets, similar to a sleeping bag. These are also cleaned after every use as well. This is our family home and this listing allows for the use of our home for living accommodations only. The use of our home for any other use (including gatherings for non-registered guests) and the recording of our home for production, distribution, or any other use without our expressed and written permission is prohibited.
