This is our stylish ocean-front home away from home. This place is perfect for group trips or family get-away. Located on the 27th floor of the Atlantic Palace building. This spacious condo is in the heart of Atlantic City, right on the boardwalk and close to just about anything. The space **Guests must be at least 21 to book** You will have a private condo with a stunning ocean-front view! Wake up in your big, comfy bed to stare out over the sparkling ocean. The place has been remodeled to include a stylish accent wall, 55in TV, a jacuzzi and shower w/ waterfall showerheads, a California King bed, and a pullout sofabed. There is plenty of space to use an inflatable air mattress (not included). Thanks for your interest in my place - I appreciate you stopping by! Our place house is the perfect place for families and friends to gather and enjoy the beach! 1) Confirm that only registered guests will be at the house. It sleeps plenty all ready, but our family home is not available for non-registered guests. 2) This is not a party house, its a family home. If a party is detected by the noise monitoring system, it automatically contacts local law enforcement. The city is pretty cautious to ensure that no one disturbed, ya know? Just wanted to double check that this is fits your needs. 3) Unfortunately, the built-in stove was damaged and needs repair. But no worries, there's a double burner available during your stay. :)) Guest access Parking is included with your stay. Guests get a one-car parking pass from the building security desk upon arrival. You'll have access to a seasonal pool, fitness room, kid's fun zone, and direct access to the boardwalk and beach. An instant hot water dispenser for coffee, tea, or hot cocoa. A wine cooler is available to store bottles during your stay. Ice is available in the building. The AQUA Spa is in the building, aquaspaofac . com. Contact the spa for pricing (not included with your stay). Housekeeping follows standard COVID-19 cleaning guidelines. Daily housekeeping is not provided. Pool Information The pool is *normally* open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. The pool IS open seasonally, but for safety reasons, you reserve a time slot. There are hand sanitizer stations throughout the building.
