Private Suite/Entrance - NOLA

Flexible/Comfortable, clean & elegant private suite (no full kitchen). Private lit side entrance & Security cameras. There is a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. There's a private master bathroom with Granite top, a Queen sized bed and beautiful twin chaise (can sleep one). We are not the Ritz, but we are the next best thing. Central location, less than 5 blocks from St. Charles Ave. (3 min. walk), within 10 min. to many places of interest. 10 minute Uber/Lyft ride to the French Quarter The space My home is newly constructed (2018) and is well insulated. There is A/C and heating. Note: no full kitchen. We are located in what is known as The Garden District/Central City. I keep my space spotless and there is plenty of Clorox and cleaning supplies in the Suite. The suite does not share any space with the main home allowing privacy to our guests. There is a screened in Gazebo where you can swing your day away on the hammock or sit at the table and have a nice lunch or dinner or even a glass of wine. Feel free to pick an orange, fig or banana if there are any on the trees out back. Owner will not occupy the yard, when guests are here giving you all the privacy you need. We want our guests to feel at home. There is plenty of off-street parking in the neighborhood and my driveway can be available if needed. Please note; We cannot accommodate huge trucks or vans in our driveway. My husband is a retired Executive Chef and does a lot of cooking. We'll place a menu in the room. Feel free to let us know if you would like breakfast, lunch or dinner upon arriving. There is a cost associated with the meals. Oh, I need to mention that I have a few feral cats that like to come around to eat in the morning and evening. They are never allowed in the house. They are very skittish. They are vaccinated and fixed. Sometimes one of them, Willamena likes to sit in the yard. They are all very shy (except Willamena) and you'll not see them unless its breakfast or dinner time. They like most of us like to sun bathe, so you may or may not see them. They are fed on the opposite side of the house, so they won't be a bother if you are not comfortable having them around. No rats, or roaches on my property, thanks to them and the fact that I keep my place spotless. Guest access Guests will have access to the Suite 24 hours per day. There is a lockbox for your convenience. Code will be given upon arrival if needed Other things to note Covid vaccine and booster are not required, however if you're feeling ill please wear a mask indoor when face to face w host.
