The property offers wonderful outdoor space for grilling, games and activities, as well as a screened-in tea house with a fireplace. 

 The first floor has a full kitchen, two refrigerators, dining room, great room, pool room, washer/dryer, bar area, living room, sun room, family room, and an outdoor shower adjacent to the pool area. There is one bedroom on the first floor that offers a king bed and full bathroom.
 The second floor includes 4 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Large master bedroom with king bed, private bathroom and adjacent study Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with attached bathroom shared with queen bedroom Bedroom 3: Queen bedroom with attached bathroom shared with twin bedroom Bedroom 4: King bedroom with a private bathroom. A washer and dryer is located on this floor and bedroom/bathroom linens are provided for all guests. High speed Wi-Fi available throughout the house.

 Pets - Pets are negotiable and require approval with booking, there is a pet fee of $300. Guest access You couldn't ask for easier access! Located on Route 28, the property offers ample parking for multiple cars. You are walking distance to Waquoit Bay, a Federal Marine Reserve, and only a short drive from downtown Falmouth where you'll find many one-of-a-kind shops, a wonderful variety of restaurants and cafes, museums, art galleries and public beaches. Other things to note Pool waiver/agreement must be signed prior to use of the indoor pool
