Enjoy kayaking directly from the dock, explore nearby riverfront dining, or relax with fast Wi-Fi. Lake Beach and Wibit are just one mile away. The space Well-appointed and thoughtfully designed, this floating home offers all the comforts of home in a truly unique waterfront setting. Ideal for an early couples getaway, working remotely, visiting the area, or simply disconnecting to enjoy a one-of-a-kind stay on the water. Built for year-round living, the float home features a powerful HVAC system to keep you warm in winter and cool throughout the summer months. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and a complete set of cookware and dishware. The cozy bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, a closet, and ample storage shelving. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas create a spacious, relaxing environment to enjoy meals or unwind. The living room features a large couch beside three expansive sliding glass doors with uninterrupted water views—perfect for an afternoon nap or movie night on the 55” flat-screen TV. Outside on dry land, enjoy a private grill and picnic table for outdoor dining. Three kayaks are provided for guest use (at your own risk), with access from the floating dock across from the travel lift. Please note: This is a floating houseboat that must be boarded. Guests should use caution when stepping on and off the float home. Guest access Guests enjoy private, full access to the entire floating home, including the rooftop deck. Entry is provided via a secure smart lock for easy self check-in. The houseboat is docked in a marina slip near the travel lift. The marina is generally quiet during the winter months and more active in the summer. Guests may see other boaters and experience normal marina activity during their stay. Other things to note This is not a party house. Please do not plan gatherings, parties, or disruptive behavior. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. Guests must be registered correctly at booking. The houseboat accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. Beach Towels: Please bring your own beach towels. Bath towels are provided for indoor use only and may not be taken to the beach. 🐾 Pets Pets are welcome with a $25 per pet, per night fee. Pets must be fully house-trained, quiet when left alone, kept off furniture and bedding, and cleaned up after at all times (inside and outside). Please notify the host prior to arrival if bringing a pet. Pet fees (plus applicable taxes) will be added manually. An additional minimum charge of $50 will apply for any pet accidents, excessive hair, or damage. 🎉 Events Any gathering or “event” involving more than 4 people must be approved in advance. Approved events are considered case by case and start at 2× the nightly rate for the day of the event. 🚣 Watercraft Use & Safety Kayaks are provided for registered guests only and are used at your own risk. By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to the following: Life jackets must be worn at all times Watercraft use is limited to daylight hours Do not drag or transport watercraft offsite Do not leave the river or enter the bay No outside guests may use the watercraft Guests are responsible for any loss or damage Participation involves inherent risks. By booking this property, guests assume full responsibility for their stay and for the use of all watercraft and release the host and property owner from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
