This stately home sits on an huge lot with a large backyard. The property is very secure with a large iron fence in the front yard and a concrete fence in the back yard. The backyard has a beautiful oak tree and 2 parking spots for up to mid-sized SUVs and some trucks. The space The kitchen features a MASSIVE 7 foot sink with 2 wash stations, filtered water, On-Demand boiling water, and 2 dishwashers. Also included is a double oven, 36 inch gas stove top, 60 inch all Fridge all Freezer, an ice maker and a Beverage Cooler. The kitchen will also include 2 counter-top air fryers and a Smeg coffee maker. The second floor Sunroom features a small workout area with workout bike and small weight station as well as a small office nook. At night this space converts to a bedroom for 2 with a queen sofa sleeper. The outdoor space features an oversized backyard with an L shaped lot leading to a smaller backyard with outdoor seating, and outdoor BBQ/grill kitchen area and full outdoor bathroom. This area will be shared with our Guest House tenant who lives above the garage. The main backyard area has a 2nd BBQ pit and a 2 car gated parking spot. We also have lots of outdoor yard games and sports equipment like scooters, soccer balls and nets, corn hole, and bikes that are available upon request. A few items not pictured include a pantry and a mudroom which will be available to guests. Our master closet will be closed and used to store our personal items during your stay.
