4 blocks from the Mississippi, 'NOLA'S CASITA' is in the Holy Cross neighborhood of the 9th Ward of New Orleans, a 10 minute drive to the French Quarter, the heart of New Orleans. New construction, open modern studio space, 520 sq. feet HOW TO BOOK Please send a short message with 2 things along with any reservation request. 1. Names of guests 2. You have read and agree to house rules. The space Generous studio at the rear of our home that includes queen bed, kitchen table and chairs, sofa, coffee table, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, tea kettle (and supplies) shower and restroom. Two skylights with remote blinds, flood the space with light during the day and one over the bed makes for a cool star gaze. Ready to sleep?... a remote closes them for a dark slumber space. The Casita is a private studio attached by a 20 foot deck that connects to the private space that is my home at the front of the property. The casita has a small kitchenette with fridge, coffee pot and sink. Ideal for solo travelers and comfortable for two people. It's really going to suit travelers who arrive in New Orleans by car and want hassle free parking. Less than a 10 minute drive to heart of New Orleans, the French Quarter. Guest access Guests have private use of the driveway or parking in front of the house, casita, shared outside space of the covered deck and large yard. Other things to note We do have a dog named Harold. He won’t be around too much as he comes to work with us everyday. He’s very loving but If outside, he might bark a bit upon your arrival.
